My box and/or items arrived damaged. What should I do?

If you receive a box with damaged or incomplete contents, please contact us at info@decocrated.com within 24 hours of receiving your box. If you receive a box with damaged contents, you’ll need to include photographic evidence documenting the damaged product to receive a replacement product.
