How do I change my address?

In the event of an address change, please log into your account at and change your address on the “Profile” tab. You must plan to change your address before the 15th of the month prior to the next seasonal ship date. For example, if your next box will be shipped on June 1, you’d need to submit your skip request by May 15. We cannot accept responsibility for boxes shipped to the wrong address.
