What will be in my box?
Each seasonal box contains 6-8 full-size curated items. Items may include an assortment of products, such as decorative trays, tabletop décor, table runners, printed art, and more.
When will I be billed and when does my box ship?
Quarterly Subscription:
After your initial purchase, your credit card will be charged according to the schedule below. We will send you a minimum of two emails to notify you before we bill your payment method on file.
Can I return a box item if I do not like it?
We are so sorry to hear that the items from your box didn’t fit your home décor style or weren’t to your taste. Because Decocrated carefully chooses the contents of each box, we currently do not accept any returns or provide substitutions. We are looking into ways to make this possible in the near future but, until then, we have some suggestions:
If you didn’t like particular items, we always recommend spreading the home décor love and gifting them to friends and family or donating them to a charitable organization! Individual pieces can make excellent stand-alone gifts.
We also have our Decocrated Facebook Marketplace where our fans swap, sell and trade boxes and individual box items to enhance your overall Decocrated experience.

What’s the difference between my Subscription Box and a Holiday Add-on box?
Your subscription box is included in your annual or quarterly plan with 6-8 items per box, valued at approximately over $200 each. These boxes are included in your subscription plan, where you will receive boxes for Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. On the other hand, the Holiday Add-on boxes are special boxes you can purchase without necessarily having a subscription. However, if you have a subscription, these additional boxes will complement your seasonal decoration.
