We offer replacements in the event that an item arrives damaged. If your box includes something that’s not to your taste, re-gift it to a friend! They’ll never know. 😉

Because Decocrated carefully chooses the contents of each box, there are no returns or substitutions for anything in your box. If you receive a box with damaged or incomplete contents, please contact us at info@decocrated.com within 24 hours of receiving your box. If you receive a box with damaged contents, you’ll need to include photographic evidence documenting the damaged product to receive a replacement product.

Each season’s box is carefully curated in advance. That means that every 3 months, you get to enjoy opening a new surprise! At this time, you can’t choose what will be in your box… but rest assured we’ll find and send you real treasures.

You’ll receive 5-7 full-size items (at a price well below their retail value — you savvy shopper, you). Items may include an assortment of products, such as decorative trays, tabletop décor, throw pillow covers, table runner, small DIY projects, printed art, and more. Each box includes a Decocrated Booklet complete with product descriptions, pro tips, how-tos, and inspiration.

Decocrated is a lifestyle brand. We lovingly curate seasonal home decor products, then ship you a box of the best items we found! Look for our beautifully designed box on your doorstep once a season, with each item inside individually wrapped. We’ll send you items we know will look right at home in your home.

A Decocrated subscription is a wonderful present to give yourself! Our e-gift cards also make a thoughtful, long-lasting gift to suit any celebration — from bridal showers and weddings to simple thank-yous, housewarmings, and birthdays.

Quarterly subscribers can sign into their account to skip the next seasonal box. We must receive your skip request by the 15th of the month prior to the next seasonal ship date in order to ensure we don’t ship your next box. For example, if your next box will be shipped on June 1, you’d need to submit your skip request by May 15.

In the event of an address change, please log into your account at www.decocrated.com and change your address on the “Profile” tab. You must plan to change your address before the 15th of the month prior to the next seasonal ship date. For example, if your next box will be shipped on June 1, you’d need to submit your skip request by May 15. We cannot accept responsibility for boxes shipped to the wrong address.

You can cancel your quarterly subscription at any time by signing in to your account on www.decocrated.com. Cancellation requests must be received by the 15th of the month before the next seasonal ship date to avoid receiving the box. Cancellation requests after the 15th will take effect for the following seasonal ship date.

Annual subscriptions are prepaid orders for 4 boxes, and are nonrefundable.

There are no cancellation fees. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any already-paid or shipped boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge.

Quarterly Subscription:

You’ll be billed $79.99 for your first box immediately upon your initial purchase. Quarterly Subscriptions fall into our regular billing and shipping cycle.

After you receive your initial box, your credit card will be charged on the 20th of the month prior to the next seasonal ship date.

Annual Subscription:

You’ll be billed $287.99 for the year immediately upon purchase. Annual Subscriptions fall into our regular shipping cycle, which ships on the 1st of the shipping month. After you receive your initial box, your credit card will be charged on the 20th of the month prior to the next seasonal ship date.

Boxes will be shipped by the 1st of the month of each season (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter). For example, the Summer Box will be shipped by June 1. This way, you can enjoy each box’s items for the entire season.
