Hey there Decocrators! I’m Becca from www.drivingmissmacey.com and I have to be honest with you, I’m not always excited to decorate for the Fourth of July. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE the holiday…but red is my least favorite color to decorate with! I know, I’m so weird but it’s true! This always poses a problem when it comes to decorating for the 4th as you can imagine. Thank goodness for Decocrated. With the Americana Box, I know I will be getting pieces that will compliment my current decor but that are also a variety of styles and colors.

Enter the New American Metal Lantern, now available in shop! I was so excited to see this beauty because it was something I could use during the 4th but didn’t force me to decorate with red! The star detail is the perfect touch! You can use this lantern in so many ways but I loved it at the center of my table. I added some beautiful and full faux flowers. To stay on theme I chose white florals!

Then I added the Americana stars that I took off the strand + the table runner from a past box! The star strand was so cute but I think in this case the stars look better spread out around the lantern. This gives off a very subtle pop of red which is exactly how I like to decorate for July 4th! This came together in such a fun, neutral, but still 4th of July kind of way - don’t you think!? :)

Now imagine all your yummy 4th of July appetizers alongside this festive table centerpiece! Your guests will love it!

Happy 4th!
