Spring is in the air friends and nothing gets me more excited for a new season than seasonal decorating! Thank goodness for Decocrated! I hope you’re enjoying the beautiful Spring 2022 Box. I know I have been! I absolutely love the pedestal from this box, because it is versatile and I am able to display drinks or food on it.

The second thing I get excited for when the season's change is seasonal cocktails! With the warm weather beginning, it's the perfect time to have new refreshing spring cocktails. Today I wanted to share a super easy and yummy recipe we love to enjoy (in the springtime especially)! Spring is all about bright flavors and refreshing bubbles in my opinion! I cannot wait to share this delicious treat with you!

Here’s what you’ll need:

Brut Champagne

Lemonade of choice or fresh lemon juice (a fun spring flavor if you can: peach, nectarine, grapefruit, or raspberry are good choices)!

Fruit to garnish

You guys, it’s silly how simple this recipe is. It’s very similar to a mimosa but gives off such a springtime vibe! I usually don’t even measure the amount of champagne to lemonade because it’s all personal preference. I love just a splash of lemonade but some people prefer more juice! For an extra refreshing element, you can put your glass in the freezer beforehand and created a cool chilled cocktail glass.

Simply fill your cocktail glass or champagne flute with the desired amount of bubbly first. Then top with lemonade, adding more if you want a sweet cocktail. You can also mix it using a cocktail shaker with fresh ice. Once you're spring cocktail is mixed, garnish with fruit! I chose fresh raspberries but you can also use an orange slice or a lemon wedge. First, it’s such a stunning-looking drink - so pleasing to the eye. And second, it is a crowd-pleaser because it tastes so yummy! And who doesn’t like lemonade!? Refreshing and unique!

Let me know in the comments if you try this refreshing and spring cocktail recipe! What is your favorite spring cocktail recipe?

Cheers, friends!

xoxo,
