There is something special about Springtime. From the nice temperatures, the flowers blooming, and the birds chirping. Coming out of winter where it is dreary to see those first signs of Spring makes me so happy. Something that makes me even happier is knowing with the changing seasons my Decocrated seasonal home decor box will be on my doorstep soon. The Spring 2022 Box has so many items in it that are perfect for Springtime. One of those being the bird cage. Today, I want to share creative ideas of different ways you can style it.

1. Kitchen Counter

One of my favorite areas of my home to decorate is my kitchen. Probably because I spend a lot of time there. I love changing the decor up with the seasons and it’s fun to add pops of color to my kitchen. The great thing about the bird cage is that you can use it without the pedestal if you want. I love items that are versatile. One option can be just placing it on the countertop with the blue ceramic birds and the blue wooden beads from the Spring 2022 box. Or you can place it without the pedestal and use the pedestal by your sink to hold hand soap and a candle.

2. Dining Room

A great way to liven up a dining room space is to have a centerpiece on your dining table and a bird cage is a unique item to use. If you get easily overwhelmed with decorating. I always think it’s a great idea to start small. A centerpiece is a small area and can be the focal point of your dining room. I like using trays for my centerpieces. Depending on the size of your tray this may be a great time to just use the cage part and place greenery with candles inside. The tray from the Winter 2021 box is a great fit for the bird cage. If you have a table runner like the one in the Spring 2022 box it would go perfectly with the bird cage centerpiece.

3. Living Room

The living room is the area of the house my family and I spend the most time together in. So I enjoy decorating this space. Some of my go-to spots are a side table or shelves. Since we are entering Spring, I love using bright, fun colors in the living room. In the Spring Decocrated Box, they have a beautiful shade of blue ceramic birds. You can style the bird cage with these birds or even some greenery with a colorful Spring pot.

4. Bedroom

I keep my decor in the bedroom simple. The Summer 2021 box had the cutest matte black clock in it. I have this in my bedroom and it always pairs so great with the different decor in every box I get. With the bird cage, you can set it on a bedside table or on top of a dresser. It matches perfectly with the clock. I also like adding some height to the decor in my bedroom. I use tobacco baskets or the cathedral arch also from the Summer 2021 box. You can place small signs and some Spring floral in the bird cage.
