Easter! The holiday that allows me to embrace my love for pastels that I would never use in my home otherwise. It also means springtime and promises of flowers, cute baby bunnies, and warmer weather. Which is exactly what I incorporate into my Easter mantel and fireplace (hearth) decor. Receiving my Easter 2022 Box from Decocrated made me wanted get styling immediately!

1. Pastel Bunny Squad
How absolutely adorable are these pastel bunnies?! I made them myself last spring and I’m pretty sure I need a rainbow-colored squad of something for every holiday. They are the focal point of my mantel. Adding in a focal point is an easy way to begin any mantel styling, and using one with multiple colors gives you more freedom to add different pieces around it!
2. Yarn Rainbows
To me, rainbows scream spring, and spring and Easter go hand in hand. I also made these cute pieces. They are the perfect way to balance out your mantel and make it symmetrical. I placed them on either side of my focal point to draw in the eye. You can do this with any items you like, as long as they are around the same height!
3. Garland
A holiday mantel is not complete without garland (I think I’ve said that before). Garland is an easy and beautiful way to add some texture and color to your mantel. I love this wooden bead and yarn pom-pom garland but I’ve also seen really cute Easter Egg garland that would also look great.
4. Throw Pillows
If you have a hearth, throw pillows are such an easy way to switch up your decor for the holidays, and they do so much for a fireplace hearth. These yellow square pillow covers are from the Spring 2021 Box and the lumbar pillow cover is from the Easter 2022 Box.
5. Accents
Finally, fill in space (as needed) with decorative accents like Easter quotes, vases with spring flowers, Easter Eggs (I have some placed in the wooden tray from the Easter 2022 Box).
I’ve also clipped the Easter Egg art print from the Easter 2022 Box onto the wooden frame and placed it on the mantel.
It’s just such a sunny and cheerful space now, don’t you think?!
