A centerpiece is an important item of a display, usually on a table setting. Centerpieces help set the theme of the décor and bring extra decoration to the room. A centerpiece is also defined as any central or important object in a collection of items. Most centerpieces are displayed as part of a table setting but can be used on console tables, for entryway décor, or even for coffee table styling. Beautiful centerpieces do not require a lot of time to create, and they do not require a lot of expense. Here are a few glass vase centerpiece styling ideas that can be used anywhere in your home.

1. On A Coffee Table

In the above photo, you can see how I created a centerpiece that can easily transition from a dining room table to a coffee table. You can place greenery, faux flowers, dried flowers, live flowers, or the faux lamb's ear stems in the Decocrated glass vase and pair it with additional vases. Place them on the wooden tray, atop a stack of books, add a set of wooden beads and it instantly creates a full and beautiful table garden.

2. On an open shelf

This centerpiece began with the wonderfully versatile Decocrated glass vase. I filled the jar with bright purple hydrangeas. I placed a cute metal-framed spring is in bloom sign next to it and displayed them both on a wooden shelf. This was quite a simple creation, but it did exactly what it was supposed to do, it gave the wooden shelf an instant spring theme. A DIY money-saving tip: to take a trip to your local thrift store and search for recycled glass jars. Just fill those glass jars with seasonal décor items that you will be able to use for years to come. The best part is you can always pair additional glass jars or vases with the Decocrated glass vase.

3. On an Entryway Vignette

Sometimes the simplest arrangements are the prettiest arrangements. You cannot go wrong with sunflowers! I don’t know anyone who does not love the cheeriness of sunflowers. I found this super cute Spring themed wooden sign and placed it behind the sunflower arrangement. This is the vignette my guests see as they enter my home, it is a wonderful way to display my spring décor.

Décor Tip: For a simple and elegant look, mix a variety of your Decorated candle holders and add pillar candles. I am a huge fan of the battery-operated pillar candles because they can be used repeatedly, yet they provide the ambiance of a real candle flame. You can add candles to any one of the glass vase centerpiece arrangements I have suggested.

An impressive centerpiece is the key to a well-decorated dining room table, console table, coffee table or even a wall shelf. Whether you are hosting guests for a meal or just desire to add a little beauty to your home all season long, there are endless ways to style the glass vase as a centerpiece. Be sure to share your glass vase decorating ideas!
